ScaleUp Porto. was at the Web Summit 2017 and represented the ecosystem of the city, together with UPTEC, ANJE and Porto Design Factory.
During the three Web Summit days, ScaleUp Porto.’s booth was the perfect spot to know more about the ecosystem of our city, learn more about our startups, scaleups, entrepreneurs and organizations that every day take the name of our city further and higher.
Among several meetings, networking moments and Port wine, we gladly received the visit of our Prime Minister of Portugal, António Costa, the Secretary of State for Industry, Ana Teresa Lehmann, and several other guests that together with Filipe Araújo, Vice-President of Porto City Hall, celebrated another great presence at the most important event for startups, in Europe.
For this edition, the booth was strategically prepared to launch the Porto. For Talent initiative – an online platform that showcases the city of Porto as an amazing city to live in, while presenting many carreer opporunities in the startups and scaleups from Porto. Know more at portofortalent.com.
