Marcus is a big advocate for Remote Work. He manages the mobile team at Buffer, a tech company with a fully distributed team of 82 people living and working in 15 countries around the world. His day to day work covers areas from Engineering Management to Product Management.
Gonçalo has been helping companies and individuals to successfully work remotely and grow their business. On his free time, he interviews remote work thought leaders to his podcast, The Remote Work Movement Podcast. Gonçalo organizes workshops and speaks at several events to help shift the mentality of people and organizations.
