The IAPMEI SME Academy is organizing the webinar “The Future of AI: Innovating with Ethics, Regulating with Responsibility” on September 28th. The event aims to reflect on the challenges of the Artificial Intelligence paradigm and provide a framework for the AI Act, the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation, and its implementation in Portugal.
As the use of AI becomes increasingly widespread, there is a growing need to ensure that this technological evolution happens in an ethical, transparent, and responsible manner.
In this context, the European Union approved the AI Act, the first comprehensive legal framework dedicated to AI, establishing common rules to promote innovation, build trust, and protect fundamental rights.
