On September 24th, Porto Tech hosted a Hangout focused on one of the trickiest yet most rewarding areas for startups: engaging with the public sector. For many startups, public entities can feel distant or complex, but they are also crucial partners as funders, regulators and clients.
During this session, we explored how startups and ecosystem players can effectively connect with public institutions. Topics included navigating grants and incentives, understanding procurement processes and providing innovative solutions that address public needs.
