Fuckup Nights (FuN) is a global movement and community that shares stories of professional failure. FuN was created from the need to share and celebrate our experiences of failure. This space was conceptualised almost a decade or more ago. It is an open meeting space that allows us to freely express our human-imperfect point of view, and make it clear that fuckups are part of everyday life (lit). Embracing vulnerability and accepting failure isn’t a sign of weakness, but a catalyst for growth and innovation. We created a Global Movement because we managed to connect with that sensitive thread that runs through us all and shows us that everyone is doing what they can with their daily battles, and not all of them are won.

In Portugal Fuckup Nights was launched in Lisbon in 2023, then in Porto at SIM Conference in 2024 and in Braga – Guimarães in Oct 2024. And we celebrated our Anniversary in Lisbon in Nov 2024. Come and Celebrate Failures with us. #ShareTheFailure
