In a context where technology is the twenty-first century’s gold, the entrepreneurship and avant-garde projects are related to robotics, to new technologies, to the Internet of Things, there being many innovative ideas.

The main asset of a start-up is its inventive project. Without an appropriate protection of rights, a start-up with a project that is tailored to succeed may quickly turn into a fail-up.

Furthermore, without investing in an appropriate tax planning, they may end up in a tax nightmare, against the interest of their investors and in the lack of an economic return.
