DESCRIPTION:Innovation Summer School 2024 \nO programa de inovação para as férias de verão dedicado aos Estudantes do Secundário está aberto! \nDurante duas semanas\, os estudantes terão a oportunidade de desenvolver uma ideia inovadora e criar um modelo de negócio\, consistindo num produto ou serviço que resolva desafios reais\, definidos em conjunto com as empresas parceiras do programa\, José de Mello\, Sonae e Tekever. \n  \n3 Bootcamps em Junho e Julho \nO Programa de duas semanas\, e em horário laboral\, vai ser dinamizado com a empresa de Nova Iorque Hudson Lab Ventures e a portuguesa Future. O programa conta também com várias participações do nosso ecossistema de inovação\, inclusive várias startups! \nO calendário para os 3 Bootcamps:\n• 17 a 28 de Junho | Lisboa (Inglês)\n• 1 a 12 de Julho | Porto (Inglês)\n• 15 a 26 de Julho | Lisboa (Português) \n  \nEstudantes do Secundário entre 14 e 18 anos \nO programa destina-se a jovens dos 14 aos 18 anos\, sendo que se procura três tipos de perfis:\n• Estudantes de todo o país e de qualquer escola ou tipo de ensino\, que conta com vagas gratuitas para estudantes que recebam bolsas de estudo\n• Estudantes ou Perfis de Design que para além de participarem no desenvolvimento do negócio\, têm responsabilidades acrescidas no desenvolvimento da identidade do projeto\, como logotipo e design da apresentação final\nO preço pago pelos estudantes inclui refeições\, workshops de inovação\, sessões de mentoria\, apresentação final a um painel de jurados e um kit de boas-vindas. \nAs inscrições estão abertas até dia 7 de Julho\, mas as vagas são limitadas e serão preenchidas por ordem de candidatura. \n

SUMMARY:Final ClimateLaunchpad 2024
DESCRIPTION:ClimateLaunchPad – the world’s largest cleantech competition \nClimateLaunchPad is the largest cleantech competition in the world and is organised in Portugal by UPTEC– Science and Technology Park of the University of Porto\, Ordem dos Engenheiros – Região Norte (OERN) and Fórum Oceano/Hub Azul. Agriculture\, air and environment\, clean energy\, clean industry\, energy storage\, efficiency\, transport and water are the European Union initiative’s categories that want to grow cleantech projects worldwide. \nThe three **winners** of the ClimateLaunchpad national final will represent Portugal in the regional final of the competition. They will enjoy free incubation at UPTEC for four months\, mentoring\, training\, and other prizes awarded by the programme’s partners\, valued at 10\,000 euros. \nSeveral organisations in Portugal are participating in the biggest cleantech competition. This edition is supported by 3xP Global\, Câmara Municipal de Matosinhos\, Crowe\, Galp\, Prio\, Vieira de Almeida and Smart Waste Portugal. \nThroughout the programme\, participants participated in an online course and an intensive 3-day boot camp with a certified trainer from EIT Climate-KIC\, the European Union’s main initiative in climate-related innovation. In addition\, participants had access to pitch training and mentoring sessions with experts in environmental sustainability and the circular economy\, including professionals from the programme’s organisers in Portugal: UPTEC\, OERN and Fórum Oceano/Hub Azul. \nSince the competition began in 2014\, almost 15\,000 business ideas from 60 countries worldwide have applied to ClimateLaunchpad. The 5\,000 “green” companies that have passed the programme have already received more than 500 million euros in external investment. \nRunning in Portugal since 2016\, the programme has received more than 150 applications and supported more than 80 teams and more than 150 participants. Portugal also has three international winners — Pavnext\, Eco2blocks\, Mudatuga\, and Windcredible and Build.ing — who reached the regional final. \nRegister for the event \n \n
