DESCRIPTION:\n\nCITIES ARE BOOMING\, AND SO IS URBAN TECH\n\n\n\nBy 2030\, two thirds of the global population will be urban. City governments are looking to stimulate innovation\, find solutions to climate change\, and tackle the challenges that arise from a growing population. There is a pressing need to scale cities.\n\n\n\nTogether with Unknown Group\, Scale Cities is launching a new initiative to support 30 scaleups that are solving city challenges in food\, energy\, water\, waste\, and mobility. Dealmaking Day fosters connections between scaleups\, venture capital\, and city governments\, with the goal of supporting their international growth. \nAddvolt (Mobility/Energy)\, Noocity (Food)\, Pavnext (Mobility)\, Bioworld – Social Impact (Waste)\, Omniflow (Energy) were the 5 startups selected to represent Porto in the match-making event that will take place on March 22nd 2022.   \n\n\n\n\n\nDiscover how these startups\, and others from Amsterdam\, Antwerp\, Hamburg\, Madrid\, and Vienna\, are planning to transform the future of the cities. \n
